About The Position

McGrath Acura of Westmont is growing and seeking a Sales BDC Representative to join their team. This role is crucial for providing an exceptional customer experience, starting from within the company. The ideal candidate will have a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and will make an immediate positive impact on the growing department. This department manages 100% of all incoming internet leads and sales calls for the dealership. Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming phone calls and schedule a sales appointment.
  • Follow up with all previous day's leads.
  • Create customer contact notes in CRM.
  • Contact Customers based on current marketing initiatives.
  • Respond to Customer website requests via text, email or phone their preference.
  • Notify necessary departments when an appointment is scheduled.
  • Navigate through dealership computer software to prospect and solicit new business.
  • Assist the sales department’s efforts to increase automotive sales.
  • Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals.
