About The Position

Oakes Auto Group is hiring BDC Sales Agents to support our growing dealerships throughout the Kansas City metro area. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers, helping manage leads, build relationships, and schedule appointments for our sales teams. Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean or acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass a standard background check
  • Strong reliability and consistent attendance
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update customer and lead information accurately within the CRM system
  • Handle inbound and outbound communication with customers via phone, text message, email, and online inquiries
  • Nurture leads through consistent follow-up and timely responses to help drive appointment opportunities
  • Set, confirm, and coordinate appointments for the sales team while ensuring a smooth customer experience
  • Collaborate with sales managers and consultants by providing lead updates, reporting, and customer insights
  • Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused experience throughout every interaction
