Requirements

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, text, and email

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service, sales, call center, or BDC experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to internet leads and customer inquiries
  • Answer inbound sales calls and messages
  • Schedule appointments for our sales team
  • Follow up with prospects via phone, text, and email
  • Re-engage previous customers and unsold opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Help generate showroom traffic and sales opportunities
  • Deliver a professional and exceptional customer experience
