About The Position

Doug Smith is seeking a full-time Business Development Center (BDC) Service Agent. In this role, you will handle inbound phone calls, help customers schedule service appointments, and communicate with them through phone, text, and email. While experience with cars or computers is beneficial, the company is willing to train the right candidate. The ideal candidate is charismatic, motivated, eager to learn, and ready to grow with the company. This position requires availability for full-time work, including Saturdays.

Requirements

• Be a motivated self-starter
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
• Be available to work full-time, including Saturdays
