About The Position

We are looking for a highly motivated, articulate, and resilient Automotive BDC Agent to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling outbound communications across phone, text, and email. Your primary mission is to build rapport, answer customer inquiries, and schedule high-quality appointments for our sales and service departments.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, confident phone demeanor
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to multitask across various software platforms and multi-line phone systems
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in automotive dealerships, call centers, or customer service is a massive plus
  • Spanish speaker an extreme asset

Responsibilities

  • Manage Customer Leads: Achieve customer engagement with sales leads and maintain customer service with existing service database
  • Schedule Appointments: Book and confirm sales or service and maintenance appointments while matching customer needs with advisor availability
  • Proactive Outreach: Make outbound calls to drive customer engagement, book appointments for sales consultants and remind clients of routine maintenance, safety recalls, and upcoming service specials
  • Update CRM Systems: Accurately log customer interactions, vehicle details, and notes into our dealership software
  • Deliver Elite Customer Service: Address customer questions with empathy, professionalism, and a positive attitude
