About The Position

Jim Norton T - Town Chevrolet is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service BDC Agent to join our team in Tulsa, OK. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our service customers, helping to schedule appointments, respond to inquiries, and ensure a smooth communication flow between customers and our service department. Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive service industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding service appointments, estimates, and repairs.
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and service history in the dealership’s CRM system.
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding vehicle status and follow-ups.
  • Assist the service department with administrative tasks to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Handle customer concerns with professionalism and escalate issues as necessary.
