About The Position

Doug Smith is looking for a full-time Business Development Center (BDC) Service Agent to join their team. In this role, the agent will take inbound phone calls, assist customers in scheduling service appointments, and communicate with customers via phone, text, and email. Experience with cars or computers is helpful, but the company offers training for those willing to learn.

Requirements

• Be a motivated self-starter
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
• Be available to work full-time, including Saturdays
