About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dealership Sales BDC Manager to manage the dealership’s sales process for internet and phone customers and help ensure they receive a world-class car-buying experience. The role involves leading BDC representatives, responding to leads, maintaining product and service knowledge, ensuring compliance with dealership policies, and building strong customer relationships. The manager also works with sales teams and dealership management, tracks customer interactions in the dealership CRM, and participates in training and process development to continually improve skills and operations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in automotive sales or BDC management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of BDC representatives to support customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
• Respond to internet and phone leads in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the dealership’s products and services.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Participate in training and process development sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
• Maintain a positive relationship among the BDC team, sales teams, and dealership management.
• Track customer interactions daily using the dealership CRM tool.
