About The Position

Priority Honda Hampton is seeking a Sales BDC Administrator to join their team. This performance-driven role involves responding to customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining customer records. The ideal candidate will have previous BDC, call center, customer service, or automotive dealership experience and possess strong communication and organizational skills. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure an exceptional customer experience and help drive dealership success.

Requirements

• Previous BDC, call center, customer service, or automotive dealership experience preferred
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM systems is a plus
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet, phone, text, and email sales inquiries promptly.
• Build rapport with customers and guide them through the beginning of their vehicle-buying journey.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with customer leads using CRM tools and proven communication strategies.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure follow-up.
• Work closely with the sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to showroom visit.
• Help drive dealership success by consistently meeting performance goals.
