Requirements
- Provide customer service
- Comfortable with phones, CRM systems, and basic computer functions
- Organize yourself, motivate yourself, and orient yourself towards goals
- Manage your time and complete multiple tasks
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual and dealership experience recommended
Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up with customer leads
- Build and maintain a strong customer database for retention
- Schedule and confirm high-quality appointments
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and digital platforms
- Stay current on promotions, pricing, and dealership offerings
- Turn inquiries into appointments and opportunities
