About The Position
As a Sales Associate, you serve as a brand ambassador by creating authentic connections with customers and guiding their shopping journeys with personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain an attractive, organized sales floor where merchandise is in the right place and ready for customers. You work with your team to create personalized customer experiences and support an inviting sales-floor environment. The role involves providing attentive customer service, sharing product knowledge, supporting brand loyalty, and maintaining visual and operational standards. You also use technology and available tools to stay informed about company priorities and promotions and to provide a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. You partner with store leaders to meet individual goals and daily expectations and build productive relationships with teammates.
Requirements
