About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you are an Ann Taylor brand ambassador who creates authentic connections with customers and guides their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain an attractive, organized sales floor and collaborate with the team to create personalized customer experiences and an inviting store environment. The role uses brand behaviors and personalized service to build loyalty, supports visual and operational standards, and helps deliver a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
