About The Position

America's Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. The role helps customers select eyewear according to their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispenses eyeglasses and contact lenses and provides lens training where permitted by state law; and educates customers about eyewear and contact lens care. The associate also maintains customer and patient records, communicates order status, answers phone calls, and keeps the store clean, organized, and merchandised to brand standards. The position supports inventory control and loss prevention and includes other duties as assigned. Responsibilities and work practices may vary to comply with state laws governing work that requires specific licenses or credentials.

Requirements

Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
Skilled at multitasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
