About The Position

America's Best, part of National Vision, is hiring a Sales Associate to support store operations and sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role includes helping customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses and providing lens training as permitted by state law; and educating customers about eyewear and contact lens care. The Sales Associate also maintains accurate customer and patient records, communicates order status, answers incoming phone calls, keeps the store clean and organized and visually merchandised to brand standards, and supports inventory control and loss prevention procedures. Other duties may be assigned. In some locations, state laws require certain duties to be performed by people with specific licenses or credentials, so duties and work practices may vary accordingly. Stores are closed every Sunday.

Requirements

Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
Skilled at multitasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
