About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you’ll help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You will assist customers in selecting eyewear suited to their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training where permitted by state law; and educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care. You will also maintain customer and patient records, communicate order status, answer incoming calls, keep the store clean and organized, maintain visual merchandising standards, and support inventory control and loss prevention. Requirements

Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
