Sales Associate – Optical – Part Time – Bilingual Spanish

About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you’ll help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You will assist customers in selecting eyewear that fits their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training where permitted by state law; and educate customers about eyewear and contact lens care. You will also maintain customer and patient records, communicate order status, answer incoming calls, maintain the store’s cleanliness and visual merchandising, and support inventory control and loss prevention. Duties and work practices may vary by location to meet state licensing or credential requirements. The position is part-time and bilingual in Spanish and English. The stores are closed every Sunday.

Requirements

Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Skilled at multitasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
