About The Position

America's Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. The role helps customers choose eyewear suited to their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispenses eyeglasses and contact lenses and provides lens training as permitted by state law; and educates customers about eyewear and contact lens care. The associate also maintains accurate customer and patient records, communicates order status, answers incoming calls, maintains a clean and organized store that meets visual merchandising standards, and supports inventory control and loss prevention. Duties and work practices may vary by location to comply with state laws governing licenses and credentials. Stores are closed on Sundays. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and fluency in reading and speaking English and Spanish. At least one year of retail or customer service experience is preferred. Candidates should be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Applications are expected to be accepted until November 5, 2026.
