About The Position

America's Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. The role includes helping customers select eyewear suited to their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses and providing lens training as permitted by state law; and educating customers on eyewear and contact lens care. The associate also maintains accurate customer and patient records, communicates order status, answers incoming phone calls, keeps the store clean and organized and merchandise presented to brand standards, and supports inventory control and loss prevention. Other duties may be assigned. Job duties and work practices may vary to comply with state licensing or credential requirements. Stores are closed on Sundays.

Requirements

Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
Skilled at multitasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
