As a Sales Associate at LOFT, you are a brand ambassador who creates authentic connections with customers and guides their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain a beautiful, organized sales floor where merchandise is presented in the right place and ready for customers. You collaborate with your team to create personalized customer experiences and support an inviting store environment.
