About The Position

Zales, part of Signet Jewelers, is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to provide valued customers with a superior experience and help them celebrate life and express love. Team members build customer relationships, understand customers’ needs and desires, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, and provide information about extended service plans and financing options. They work toward individual and team sales goals. The posting offers seasonal, part-time, and full-time opportunities.

Requirements

A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
Flexible availability during peak retail hours, such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Strong communication and relational skills.
