About The Position

ACE Cash Express is seeking energetic, personable, sales-oriented Sales Associates to provide customer service and recommend financial products and services. Associates listen to customers, understand their needs, communicate with empathy, and build trust while supporting store performance. The role handles services that may vary by store, including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services, while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable regulations and safety guidelines.

Travel is primarily local and may include visiting more than one store in a day when necessary. The role requires the ability to work 10–12 hours in a confined work area, subject to state-specific labor laws. Spanish proficiency is welcomed in most markets. A $500 signing bonus is offered in two $250 payments, subject to the stated employment and good-standing conditions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for extended periods; sit, walk, reach, stoop, and bend; and engage in verbal communication and active listening.
• Ability to see clearly at close and distant ranges and adjust focus as needed.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work 10–12 hours in a confined work area, subject to state-specific labor laws.

Nice To Haves

• Spanish proficiency; preferred in most markets.
• Two or more years of retail experience is beneficial.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers’ needs and recommend appropriate ACE products and services.
• Communicate effectively, empathize with customers, and build trust.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster lasting customer relationships.
• Handle store services that may include cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality and follow industry regulations and safety guidelines.
• Work independently and take accountability for overall store performance.
• Travel locally, including to more than one store in a day when necessary.
