About The Position

ACE Cash Express is hiring an energetic, personable, sales-oriented Sales Associate. The role focuses on understanding customers’ needs, recommending appropriate products and services, building trust, and providing exceptional customer service. Associates handle financial services that may vary by store, including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services, while prioritizing accuracy, confidentiality, compliance, and safety. Spanish proficiency is preferred.

The position offers hourly pay plus bonus incentives and a $500 signing bonus, paid in two installments subject to the stated employment and good-standing conditions. Travel is primarily local and may include visiting more than one store in a day when necessary. The role requires the ability to work 10–12 hours in a confined work area, subject to state-specific labor laws.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and take accountability for store performance.
• Ability to listen actively, communicate effectively, and empathize with customers.
• Ability to work 10–12 hours in a confined work area, contingent on state-specific labor laws.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the listed physical activities and visual tasks.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of retail experience is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
