About The Position

ACE Cash Express is hiring energetic, personable, and sales-oriented Sales Associates. The role offers hourly pay plus bonus incentives and focuses on using customer service and sales skills to support successful store operations. Associates learn customers’ needs and recommend appropriate ACE products and services. Depending on the store, services may include cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services. Accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines are essential. Travel is primarily local and may involve visiting more than one store in a day when necessary. The position requires standing for extended periods and may require working 10–12 hours in a confined work area, subject to state labor laws.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to listen actively, communicate effectively, and empathize with customers.
• Ability to work independently and embrace accountability for store performance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical demands of the role.
• Ability to work 10–12 hours in a confined work area, subject to state-specific labor laws.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of retail experience is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Spanish is welcomed in most markets.
