Bilingual Part Time Sales Associate
About The Position
ACE Cash Express is seeking an energetic, personable, sales-oriented Sales Associate to help customers identify appropriate products and services and support store operations. The role combines customer service and sales with handling financial services that may vary by store, including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services. Associates are expected to prioritize accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines. The position requires working independently and taking accountability for overall store performance. Associates build trust by listening actively, communicating effectively, and empathizing with customers. Spanish proficiency is preferred in many markets. Travel is primarily local and may involve visiting more than one store in a day when needed. The role requires the ability to work 10–12 hours in a confined work area, subject to state-specific labor laws.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
