About The Position

The Seasonal Part-Time Sales Associate delivers a transformational client experience, builds the Tory Burch brand one customer at a time, and drives business through sales. The role involves developing customer relationships, meeting personal sales goals, using selling skills and product knowledge to create memorable customer experiences, and communicating the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle. Sales Associates also follow sales and operational policies and procedures, contribute to visual and operational aspects of the role, and support loss prevention as part of a collaborative store team.

The role requires open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts. It also involves physical activity such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, climbing ladders, crawling, reaching, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
