About The Position

HUGO BOSS is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for its BOSS Outlet in Clarksburg. The role represents the brand by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise, and carrying out operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The associate provides customer service, drives personal sales, builds customer relationships and a client base, and supports store operations, community engagement, and health and safety practices. Requirements

2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
Strong customer service and selling experience.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

BS college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
