About The Position

Clarks is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to support store sales and operations. The role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience, achieving sales performance, organizing merchandise and back stock, and helping maintain an appealing store environment. Sales Associates represent the Clarks brand, follow loss-prevention procedures, and contribute to a comfortable workplace for colleagues.

The job requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Upsell customers on multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
• Exemplify the Clarks brand.
• Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
• Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
• Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
