About The Position

Clarks is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to join its retail team. The role focuses on delivering positive sales performance, providing excellent customer service, representing the Clarks brand, and maintaining organized merchandise and a visually compelling store environment. Associates also follow loss-prevention policies, complete assigned tasks, and contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues. The position involves standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Upsell multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
• Exemplify the Clarks brand.
• Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
• Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
• Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
