About The Position

BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a high-energy, people-oriented Sales Associate to grow the studio’s member base and create a welcoming studio experience. This part-time role drives sales, supports members, and represents the BODYBAR brand while working with a motivated team. The position reports to the Studio Manager.

Requirements

• Ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent in-person, phone, and email communication skills.
• Passion for fitness.
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales process by generating leads, following up, and converting interest into memberships.
• Build member relationships through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Meet daily goals for bookings, outreach, and membership sales.
• Represent BODYBAR at local events and help grow the brand’s community presence.
• Accurately log member bookings and interactions.
• Engage with members before and after class to create a welcoming studio experience.
