About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will help create an excellent guest experience by personalizing product recommendations for guests in retail locations. The role supports MGM Resorts’ goal of owning the guest experience and creating memorable experiences. You will engage with guests, complete transactions, and help maintain store stock and cleanliness.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

• Previous cash handling experience.
• Previous retail sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with guests, listen to their stories, and recommend products.
• Complete transactions using POS registers.
• Ensure store stock and cleanliness.
• Provide a high level of guest service using problem-solving and attention to detail, while supporting guest safety.
• Participate in the sales incentive program and work toward sales goals.
