About The Position

The Sales Associate supports the Store Management Team with setting up, merchandising, packing up, and tearing down a seasonal store. The role is responsible for maintaining Guest Services according to Company Standards and supporting store operations and sales.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to climb ladders and set up fixtures.
• Able to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• May be required to stand or walk for up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Management Team with store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown.
• Maintain Guest Services according to Company Standards.
• Generate sales.
• Perform sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, and pricing.
• Operate the POS system.
• Support loss prevention.
