About The Position
The Sales Associate supports the Store Management Team in setting up, merchandising, packing up, and tearing down a seasonal store. The role is responsible for maintaining Guest Services according to Company Standards and supporting store operations and sales.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Able to climb ladders and set up fixtures.
- Able to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- May be required to stand or walk for up to 8 hours.
Responsibilities
- Support seasonal store setup, pack-up, and teardown.
- Maintain Guest Services according to Company Standards.
- Generate sales.
- Perform sign waving.
- Complete general housekeeping.
- Perform merchandising, signing, and pricing.
- Operate the point-of-sale system.
- Support loss prevention.
