About The Position

The Sales Associate supports the Store Management Team with setting up, merchandising, packing up, and tearing down a seasonal store. The role maintains Guest Services according to Company Standards and supports store operations through sales generation, sign waving, housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. The minimum age requirement is 16.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 16.
• Ability to climb ladders and set up fixtures.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Management Team with seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown.
• Maintain Guest Services in accordance with Company Standards.
• Generate sales.
• Conduct sign waving.
• Perform general housekeeping.
• Handle merchandising, signing, and pricing.
• Operate the POS system.
• Support loss prevention.
