About The Position

This position is for anyone who has previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween in a Sales Associate position. The Sales Associate supports the Store Management Team with setting up, merchandising, packing up, and tearing down a seasonal store. The role also involves maintaining Guest Services according to Company Standards and supporting store operations.

Requirements

• Must have previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween in a Sales Associate position.
• Minimum age of 16.
• Able to climb ladders and set up fixtures.
• Able to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• May be required to stand or walk for up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Management Team with seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown.
• Maintain Guest Services according to Company Standards.
• Generate sales.
• Sign wave.
• Perform general housekeeping.
• Handle merchandising, signing, and pricing.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Support loss prevention.
