About The Position

This position is for people who have previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween in a Sales Associate position. The Sales Associate supports the Store Management Team with setting up, merchandising, packing up, and tearing down a seasonal store, while maintaining Guest Services according to Company Standards. The role also supports sales generation, sign waving, housekeeping, signing, pricing, point-of-sale operations, and loss prevention. Applicants must be at least 16 years old.

Requirements

• Must have previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween in a Sales Associate position.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• May be required to stand or walk for up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Management Team with seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown.
• Maintain Guest Services according to Company Standards.
• Generate sales and perform sign waving.
• Perform general housekeeping and merchandising.
• Handle signing and pricing.
• Operate the point-of-sale system.
• Support loss prevention.
