About The Position
The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the overall operation of a seasonal store. The role focuses on maximizing sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses. The Store Manager is responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, and store setup, pack-up, and teardown. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, have a flexible schedule, and have prior retail management experience. This position is for people who have previously worked for Spencer’s or Spirit Halloween in a Store Manager position.
Requirements
- Must have previously worked for Spencer’s or Spirit Halloween in a Store Manager position.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have a flexible schedule.
- Prior retail management experience is required.
- Ability to stand and walk for 8 or more hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift or move up to 50 pounds.
