Returning Assistant Store Manager - Spirit
About The Position
This position is for someone who has previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween in an Assistant Store Manager position. The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setting up, merchandising, packing up, and tearing down a seasonal store. The role supports the store’s overall operations to help ensure maximum sales and profitability by maintaining guest services, developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and overseeing merchandising and inventory control. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a flexible schedule. The role requires prior retail management experience and involves standing and walking for 8 or more hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
