About The Position

This position is for a person who has previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween in an Assistant Store Manager position. The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager with staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store. The role supports the store’s overall operation and helps ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory control.

Requirements

• Must have previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween in an Assistant Store Manager position.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a flexible schedule.
• Prior retail management experience is required.
• Must be able to stand and walk for 8 or more hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift or move up to 50 pounds.
