About The Position

The Sales Associate helps provide customers with a positive shopping experience while supporting daily store operations during the busy holiday season. The role includes assisting customers with product selection, promoting merchandise and store events, processing purchases, and keeping displays organized and well-stocked. Sales Associates work with store management and team members to support sales goals, maintain an inviting shopping environment, and deliver excellent customer service. The position is located in Staten Island, NY.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, with a strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Comfortable using technology and willing to learn new systems, store policies, and procedures.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is preferred but not required.
