About The Position

Chico’s is seeking a Sales Associate to help create a welcoming, customer-centered store experience grounded in hospitality. The role involves connecting with customers, learning their needs, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service while contributing to store performance and a positive team environment.

The Sales Associate also supports merchandising, inventory replenishment, store organization, and visual presentation. This is a regular part-time position at the Settlers' Green Outlet Village store in North Conway, New Hampshire.

Requirements

• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
