About The Position
The e-Commerce Sales Associate interacts with customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide them through vehicle purchases in a no-haggle sales environment. The role responds to leads promptly, answers questions, provides information, and helps customers move from phone or internet contact to an in-store experience. The associate helps customers select a vehicle, discusses terms and payment options suited to their lifestyles, budgets, and expectations, and closes sales. Associates provide an exceptional experience before and after purchase, follow up to ensure customer satisfaction, and help transition customers to the Service department to support their ownership experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Ability and motivation to set and achieve targeted goals.
- Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to follow up with customers.
- Experience and desire to work with technology.
- Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Prior sales experience, preferably in retail.
