About The Position

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase process.
• Build relationships with employees and customers.
• Determine customers’ financing needs and payment options through a consultative interview process.
• Present customers with a transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
• Process finance transactions and ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Build rapport with customers and develop referrals.
• Set and achieve targeted sales goals.
• Develop product knowledge to help customers effectively.
• Handle administrative processes promptly and in accordance with company policy.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
