About The Position

As a Sales Associate at America's Best, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You will help customers select eyewear based on their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training as permitted by state law; and educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care. You will also maintain accurate customer and patient records, communicate order status, answer incoming calls, keep the store clean and organized and merchandise it to brand standards, and support inventory control and loss prevention procedures. Other duties may be assigned. Responsibilities and work practices may vary by location to comply with state licensing or credential requirements. America's Best is part of National Vision, which operates more than 1,000 stores. Stores are closed every Sunday.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
State-specific licenses or credentials may be required for certain duties, depending on location.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
