About The Position

As a Sales Associate at America's Best, you will help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You will assist customers in selecting eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training as permitted by state law; and educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care. You will also maintain customer and patient records, communicate order status, answer incoming calls, keep the store clean and organized and visually merchandised to brand standards, and support inventory control and loss prevention. Duties and practices may vary by location to meet state licensing or credential requirements. The position offers an hourly salary range of $15.92–$17.58.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
