About The Position

UNTUCKit is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for its store at 900 N Michigan Shops in Chicago, Illinois. The role is suited to someone with customer service experience and a working knowledge of retail store operations. The Sales Associate should know UNTUCKit products and provide exceptional customer service in a fun, relaxed shopping environment. The position requires flexible availability based on store and company needs, dependable attendance, and comfort working alone and opening or closing the store. Retail hours may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The listed schedule is five hours or more as needed. The pay range is $17–$18.

Requirements

Work experience as a sales associate.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Proficiency using Apple technology and omnichannel point-of-sale systems.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-service focus.
Flexible schedule based on store and company needs; availability for retail hours may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Comfort working alone and opening or closing the store.
High school degree.
