About The Position

The Lane Bryant Associate creates a hospitable store environment through customer engagement, contributing to the achievement of company goals. The role focuses on helping customers find products that meet their needs, representing the brand through product, fit, and fashion knowledge, and integrating the OMNI experience. Associates also support store operations, prioritize work to meet customer and business needs, protect company assets, and maintain a safe environment. This is a regular part-time position at the Shops at Fox River store in McHenry, Illinois, with an hourly pay range of $15.00–$15.25.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong sales or hospitality experience is preferred, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency and confidence using mobile technology, including registers and iPads, to engage with customers.
• Frequently move or adjust fixtures and merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds in all directions; occasionally move or adjust items weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance as available.
• Frequently retrieve merchandise above shoulder level, including climbing a ladder up to 12 feet; occasionally replace overhead lightbulbs or signs using a ladder up to 12 feet.
