About The Position

The Lane Bryant Associate creates a hospitable store environment through customer engagement that contributes to Company goals. The role involves discovering customer needs, sharing product and fashion knowledge, building customer relationships, supporting store operations, and maintaining a safe environment. This is a regular, part-time position at the Shops at Fox River store in McHenry, Illinois.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency and confidence using mobile technology, including registers and iPads, to engage with customers.
• Ability to frequently move or adjust store fixtures and merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds in all directions, and occasionally move items weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance as available.
• Ability to frequently retrieve merchandise above shoulder level, which may involve climbing a ladder up to 12 feet.
• Ability to occasionally replace overhead lightbulbs or signs using a ladder up to 12 feet.
