About The Position
Warby Parker is seeking a well-rounded Sales Advisor to provide exceptional service to customers and help make glasses shopping an enjoyable experience. Sales Advisors support the success of retail locations through customer interactions, process ideation and improvement, and special projects. They communicate Warby Parker’s values and brand philosophy, share product knowledge and style advice, and help create an inclusive, welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.
Requirements
- Customer-facing experience in a service-minded environment.
- Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
- Proactive, adaptable problem-solving skills, including responding quickly to unexpected situations.
- Positive team-player attitude and ability to lead by example.
- Effective communication skills with a variety of people.
- Organized, attentive, and detail-oriented approach.

- Interest in fashion and technology.
- Must not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
