About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a well-rounded Sales Advisor to help provide excellent service to customers at its retail locations. Advisors contribute to the company’s success through customer interactions, process ideation and improvement, and special projects. In this role, the Sales Advisor represents Warby Parker’s values and brand, helps make glasses shopping an exceptional experience, and supports an inclusive retail environment.

Requirements

Customer-facing experience in a service-minded environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people.
Organized, attentive, and detail-oriented.
Not listed on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
