About The Position

The Seasonal Part Time Sales Associate works on the retail frontlines to provide every customer with a positive, comfortable experience and represent Rhone’s principles: Gritty, Responsible, Excellent, Authentic, and Team Centered. The role calls for a passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle. The associate supports customers throughout their shopping experience, contributes to sales-floor and store operations, and works collaboratively with the team. The position is based at Cherry Creek in Denver, Colorado, reports to the Store Manager, and pays $16–$22 per hour. It requires at least two four-hour shifts per week, with a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Comfort with climbing ladders, moving around regularly, and standing for extended periods.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Deliver results while putting the customer first and applying an omnichannel mindset.
Build relationships with customers, team members, and business partners.
Develop expertise in Rhone products and educate customers about product features and benefits.
Assess customers’ individual needs and recommend products.
Support all areas of the sales floor, including fitting rooms and point of sale.
Assist with replenishment, visual standards, and other operational tasks.
Take initiative by helping with tasks, asking questions, and sharing ideas.
Demonstrate inclusive behavior with team members and customers.
